Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUND

You may return FULL priced items for a full refund postmarked within 14 days of your order date. SALE Items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

ON-DEMAND items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags. 

MADAME WOLF reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been worn or damaged in any way.

For all return enquiries, Please email info@madamewolf.com with the order number in the subject line if you wish to exchange or return your order. 

Shipping costs will no be refunded. 

 EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, ect. Please place a new order for the item and return your current full priced item for a refund.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
